Outline of the Love Your Self, Heal Your
Life! Workshop:
Powerful tools and processes are being used to bring about the required
changes within you. You will be introduced to guided meditations, creative
visualization, affirmations, mirror work, forgiveness work and inner child
work.
The workshop will be held over two days (totalling approximately 16
hours) or be broken up over 10 weeks (totalling approximately 20 – 25
hours). The workshop is structured in such a way that each process
provides a very clear learning experience and act as a building block for
the next process. The workshop is designed to provide tools for you to
work with in your own life on any issues and concerns. It is tailored to
empower your life.
The teaching of the workshop is based on the loving, healing
philosophies of Louise L. Hay, author of 27 books that have been
translated into 25 different languages in 33 countries throughout the
world.
